What this policy covers
This policy covers the iPhone game Jimothy: The Long Way Home, published by Jimothy Club. It explains what information the game handles and what happens when you contact us for support.
Information collected by the game
The game does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. It does not include advertising, tracking technology, third-party analytics, account registration, location access, camera access, or microphone access.
Information stored on your device
Campaign progress, settings, earned stars, and personal bests are stored locally on your iPhone. This information is used only to operate the game. It is not sent to Jimothy Club. Deleting the app removes this locally stored information.
Apple services
Downloading and using the game may involve Apple services such as the App Store and operating-system diagnostics. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policies and account settings. The game does not add its own analytics or tracking layer.
Support email
If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems, and maintain reasonable support records. Do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other players. Because the game has no accounts, ads, chat, or data collection, players are not asked to provide personal information in the app.
Changes to this policy
If the game adds online features or changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before those changes are released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
