Information we receive
We receive information you provide when placing an order, requesting support, or contacting Jimothy Club. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and the contents of your message. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Jimothy Club.
Connected social accounts
When an authorized user connects a social account to our private publishing tool, the platform may provide profile information, account identifiers, access tokens, and permissions needed to publish or manage content. We use this information only to perform actions requested by the authorized account owner. We do not sell social-account data or use it for advertising profiles.
How information is used
Information is used to complete orders, provide customer support, maintain the website, prevent fraud, measure site performance, and publish content that an authorized user has prepared or scheduled.
Service providers
We share only the information necessary for trusted providers to perform services such as payment processing, order fulfillment, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and social publishing. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. You may disconnect a social account at any time. To request deletion of account data or support records, email us at the address below.
